How to use Nosramycin H Eye Ointment
This medicine is for external use only. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the tube close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the tube and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid.
How Nosramycin H Eye Ointment works
Nosramycin H Eye Ointment is a combination of three antibiotics (Polymyxin B, Neomycin, Bacitracin) and a steroid (Hydrocortisone). The antibiotics work by different mechanisms to stop bacterial growth on the skin. The steroid works by blocking the release of chemical messengers that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Together, they treat your skin infection effectively.
